Friday Journals :)
Decorating our Writer's Notebook. Students cut out pictures of their family, friends, pets and anything they might be interested in writing about. This will help with the common saying, "I don't know what to right about"...
Getting excited about READING!
Students are enjoying picking out books for their book bins. They are choosing their own 'Good Fit' books using the I PICK strategy.
P- Purpose: Why do I want to read it?
I- Interest: Does it interest me?
C- Comprehend: Do I understand it?
K- Know: Do I know most of the words?
